Hand Selected by Adele Corrigan, 13 celsius, Iron Sommelier 2022
I chose a theme of “Old World Wines” for this year’s case. True to the spirit of myself and of 13 celsius wine bar, these bottles are all of European origin and terroir focused. I wanted to show wines that are classic examples of the region they are from while also hoping to enlighten drinkers with new varietals and flavors that one perhaps wouldn’t order on a wine list. Please enjoy these wines as every day drinkers, patio perfect sippers, and great steak dinner companions.
